Are you going to sit up a photo shop when or if you move out into the corn belt. (Watch out Sparkey, we are going to see lots of corn photos if he does) Story time: I remember traveling across the midwest with my father and all that could be seen was corn. Miles and miles of corn. We stopped along the road and I went into the corn field. Those ears on the plant was huge. They must have been 14 to 18 inches long. One kernel would fill a teaspoon. This must be some kind of hybrid corn. Was thinking how far corn has come. 400 years ago it was just large grass plant with the ear being about the size of a head of wheat. (Saw this info on TV last week). I picked an ear and after cooking it threw it away as it didn't have any taste to it.

I'd give you ten points if I could!

Most of the corn in that part of Iowa is feed corn. It goes to the cattle, or is made into ethonal. You are right, the corn goes for miles!

I may set up a photo shop in town. Not sure that anyone would want to purchase my images though!
