Registration requirements have changed

Recently, this site has experienced dozens of fraudulent registrations. From this day forward, anyone registering must be approved by the administrator before their user ID is enabled. I'm sorry that this rule has to be enforced.

The site has been gettng a couple of dozen spam type registration attempts per day. If people would just put in a name like chuck.peters for their logon ID request, they just might be allowed to register! Something like MSNSpoitaRatAS just does not cut it!
