The 3.1.6 forum upgrade is complete

Okay, the upgrade is finished. So far, things look stable.
Navigation:
You will see a 'Quick links' dropdown in the upper left hand corner. Drop it down, and check it out.
To go to your 'User Control Panel', 'Profile', or 'Logout', use the 'User Name' dropdown that is in the upper right corner of the screen. (To the right of 'Private messages')
