Same here Sparkey, I've posted a couple of shots of the station

It dropped to -9 last night and it's struggling to reach -3 today.

It looks like you guys are getting hit hard again. Just saw on TV where Europe is covered in ice. Could be you are in for the "little ice age" again.

No power failures here in Dublin but in other parts of country.

That's the first thing that happens here during a storm. Guess we have too many trees along the power line. Wish they would bury the darn thing. When Betty and I build this place the first thing we had done was to have the power line buried from the main line up to our property. That was about 1/2 mile so the problems are always on the main trunk. It runs through a bunch of trees that the owner refuse to have removed. His house is before the grove of trees so very seldom does he lose power.

The money problems in Ireland sound almost as bad as it it here. Our President is using Airforce-one as a RV which costs $179,000 an hour to operate. He has been out of the USA longer than he has been it the White House. Oh well, 2012 isn't that far away. :twisted:
