Too cold for you? Try -37 for three straight weeks sometime!

Cool! I've seen that once in eight years where I currently live.

It finally warmed up here. Temp today hit 40 degrees F. Was able to get out and shoot my bow for awhile without gloves. Sparkey, know what you are going through. We had the below 0 C for over a week. Glad it's gone until the next time.

We are not used to these kind of sub zero temps.

Country is fooked anyway.

Looks like I will be driving to Iowa in a few weeks with my daughter. She and her husband are buying a farm there, and she wants me to inspect it. Typically, Iowa gets a lot of cold and snow during the winter, plus we have to drive through the Smokey Mountains to get there. I'll be getting the taste of real snow and cold for the first time in eight years!

Pull your winter clothes out of mothballs and dress warm. Bet the winds up there can cut right through you.

I made sure to save some warm cloths, unlike my wife! She got ride of everything when we got down here. I guess she wants to buy new stuff if needed.
