Wowwwww

Post by JohnSR »

Just saw on TV about the weather in London. Looks like you guys are really getting it. Heard another report on how the Global Warming group predicted ten years ago that the British Isles wouldn't be getting anymore snow as the currents had changed. Looks like those fools were wrong again. Stay warm guys and don't get into any wrecks. We don't have enough people on this forum to lose anyone.

Have the kids make a snowman and take some photos of it with your new camera. We are still waiting for the big dump here. Think California got most of it. They better start building an ark as southern California is washing away.

Things are okay here. I spent about four hours today sweeping up my leaves with the tractor and sweeper. I still have to rake the leaves out ot the ditches. Once done, I wont have to worry about the outside until the spring, baring any strom debrie.

We have more than 8 inches of snow now.
Spend the day digging my car out and then a run to road.
Neighbour needs to bring wife to hospital tomorrow so then helped to dig out his car too.
Forgot all about new camera.
Maybe in next few days.

We have had a couple dry days with the temp up in the high 40s. Just got back into the house after shooting my bow and arrow for an hour. One thing I have noticed is the sagging skin under my arms (an old age thing) is gone. Guess pulling the bow is like weight lifting. Maybe I'll get big arms like the prisoners have :D
