Thinking about it, I should have bought about 10 acres of land that had Southern Yellow Pine on it, and bought the same mill you have. I could have the warm temps, with the lifetime supply of lumber.......

Lot of the guys on a website I visit cuts white pine. Not sure what it looks like. We have mostly Douglas Fir and red cedar here. Here is the site if you are interested. http://www.forestryforum.com/board/index.php?board=7.0

I just spent the morning raking leaves. I have a pile that must be 5x20x20 feet for the city to pick up. That was the bulk of it, I still have to rake under the bushes, etc......
