D810 gone back to Nikon for repairs. 10 days for estimate from them but shop says 250/350 Euro.

Heading in first thing tomorrow morning to hear what they think.

Shooting a family event yesterday.
Had not even unpacked the camera bag when it fell off a chair onto a hard floor with a crash.
Cracked the rear screen. Camera still works but will need to go back to Nikon for repairs.
My wife had to return to our house and get the D3 to do the party.

The new Nikon lenses for the mirrorless cameras don’t come in gold boxes..........
They tell me the boxes are black.

Will let you after next visit.

Still in the bag. Yes they are still good.

Got invited to the launch of the Z6 last week. Had already seen the Z7 the previous week.
Substantial camera in your hands. New range of lenses that are razor sharp. Don’t come cheap.
No rushing out to but either unless I win the lotto.

Honeymoon over for the 50mm and the 35mm.

Joined the team this week to go on the D200 and live in France. This will be the walk round lens as the 35 mm became a bit too restrictive.
