Nice set. We have a lot of buildings with the look of number 1 and 4. Over at the ocean beach people takes new furniture and sit it out in the weather for six months then sells them as antiques. It don't take long to age stuff over there. Unless they keep the buildings well painted, most of them looks like your photos 1 and 4.
