They are all good. Like number 5 the best. could almost see squirrel in the branches.

So, how would you cut up the oak in #2? How many board feet?

Well the limb would have to be cut into sections to get the longest straight pieces out of it. I go through that now with Alder.Some of the logs are only 4 feet long as the tree has so many curves in it. That tree would produce a bunch of BF of good lumber. We don't have that much oak up here.

I have been feeding the kiln this morning. Have about 800 bf in it and need to get it dry so I can load it again before the lumber starts molding.
