Forum software has been updated

I spent the time today to upgrade the forum software to the latest release (3.08). I had to put the special screen changes back in for the 'View new posts', 'Gallery', and 'Home'. I also checked that the registration screen correctly asks the new user to input their forum ID in the 'john.doe' format. I believe these are the only custom changes I have made. If you see anything that does not look right to you, please leave a note here.
