The forum will be down for upgrade this afternoon

I will be taking the forum down this afternoon to upgrade the software to the latest version (3.1.6).
This version has the most recent security fixes and minor changes to the user interface. The registration CAPTCHA will change to be more readable (in my sixth decade, I find the old version hard to read!).
Hopefully, this process will go as well as it did on my local test system!
