Just graded the road yesterday and another storm came in last night with high winds and lots of rain. Think I wasted my time filling in all those holes. At least this storm is a warm one. Temp in the hight 30's and low 40's today.

I don't mind winter as long as the snow stays up in the mountains. Need the freeze for the garlic and Betty's flower bulbs. Just don't like the high winds as it knocks out the power plus breaks my ham antenna.

One of the things we miss here are the tulips. It is normally too hot for them during the winter. They do like to freeze then.
I know what you mean about the antenna. I was constantly fixing mine when I lived in the U.P. of Michigan.
