Well Dang

Post by JohnSR »

Was so proud to have built the stand for the blade sharpener before it got here. WAY TO BIG! It takes up to much room in the shed. So now am building a smaller one that is about half the size. Normally I put the drill battery on charge after use but of course this time I didn't. Got half way through the project and now out of juice. The screws are three inches long so drill pilot holes to make it easier to assemble the stand. That is a lot of holes. So now sitting watching Fox News and waiting for the battery to charge. Think it is all Bushes fault.

Got the stand finished and the machine transfer on to it. Lot more room now. Now need to figure out how to make some hinges for the four foot arms that the blade rides on. Would be nice when not in use could swing them up out of the way instead of having to unbolt each time.

Maybe you could submit your changes to the machine's manufacturer as a design change. Who knows, they might like it and send you a small check!
