Darn Computer

Post by JohnSR »

Yesterday I tried to install BitDefender 2011 on this computer. After paying nearly $50.00 for the key, I can't get the program to work. For some reason it keeps turning the router off and it locks up my computer. Now I know what the blue screen of death is. Had to reformat and reinstall everything just to get the program out of my computer and of course, lost all my addresses and favorite links. Tried to contact the company but thier website is so messed up, I can't even leave them a email. Guess I'm just out the $50.00. What really makes me mad is the program worked great for the last couple years. Why can't these programmers leave programs alone that work good.

Sorry to hear that John. I've had my problems with software in the past. Now, I just buy the name brand stuff, and think twice before I do it!
