I think there was more snow when I was in Iowa. But, for a place that rarely gets any, you have a lot of snow there!

This was taken after I spent the morning digging out all the way to main road.

Just having coffee sitting back and down it came again. This evening there is once again 6 - 8 inches behind the car.

Stay warm Sparkey. Good thing I got my Archery in yesterday as it windy and raining very hard today. At least we are not getting the bad rains like California got. Southern California is a big mess right now. All they need is a earthquake to finish them off.

It is sunny and clear here. Temps about 50 degrees F.

I still remember shoveling the snow off of my roof three or four times each winter in Michigan. The guy down the street failed to do so, and his roof caved in!

Know what you mean about shoveling snow off roofs. My shed where I had the saw mill. has a span of thirty feet with no bracing in the middle. I used a couple long logs to span that distance so I could roll long logs onto the mile. I shovel off that roof when the snow gets 6 inches deep. Would hate to see those logs break in the middle. So far since building it had to shovel the snow just a couple times.
