As I said in another post, have a friend who is a welder. He built a bracket for the winch and when I took the mill over to get it mounted, the darn thing wasn't right, We sent four hours designing another one. Mounted the winch on it then found out the cable guide doen't mount on the winch as we though so he had to make a couple brackets for it which mounted on the bracket. Now that everything is mounted and welded to the mill, think it looks very good for being sesigned and made by a couple old farts.
