I finally found some time to complete this project.
It has a format of 24x72mm and a focal length of about 30mm.
The next thing I have to do is mix up some chemistry!

Very nice craftsmanship. Is that oak?

They call it 'sandply' at Home Depot. It would look white, but I stained it a cherry color to match the cherry knobs.

I finally put a roll of film through this camera. This was a test, since I had no idea what a good exposure would be. Seems to have a wide latitude though. I used a cheap 200 ISO C-41 type film.
It appears that there is some vignetting. I will have to change the size of the hole in the lens board, and also the shutter. The 24x72mm size needs more breathing room!

Interesting. How long was the exposure?

It was a very gray day. In fact, it was raining a bit. So, the exposures were 10 to 40 seconds.

Surprised it was that long at a iso of 200. The hole must be f/72 or higher. The camera sure looks nice.

Thanks!
I'll have to work on the camera to correct the problems this test roll shows. But, it should be fun to use once the fixes are made!

By the way, the f-stop is f/155.
