I remember when I was a kid my mother buying pickled pig feet. At the time they tasted ok but a couple years ago bought a jar of them and couldn't get past the smell. Even the dog wouldn't eat it. Interesting how our taste buds change over time.

Pickled or just plain pig feet? When I was in Korea, the mess hall would serve boiled pig feet due to all the black soldier there. I tried one and it was like eating glue. Tried to wipe my hands on a napkin and the darn thing stuck. Had to wash my hands to get it off. Made me think of what could be going on in my stomach.
