Photography is all about light. For many years, photographers
have been talking about the 'sweet' light of sunrise and sunset.
These times of day are sought out, because of the lights quality.
This program will display the sunrise, sunset, and solar noon
times of the selected state and zip, or city. You can also just
enter in a worldwide timezone, latitude, and longitude. It is based on
the online application hosted by NOAA:
